Catalog Request: Sorry, we do not offer a printed Magnacoach/Specialty Products catalog. If you do not see the
item you are looking for on our website, please contact us.

Security and Privacy:
We put a high value on our customer's trust. You can feel completely secure when ordering from
Magnacoach/Specialty Products. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties under any
circumstances. Plus, our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encode sensitive information
before it is sent over the Internet. See our privacy policy for more details

Payment Methods:
Magnacoach/Specialty Products accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover  credit cards payable in U.S. funds. Credit
card payments will be charged when the merchandise is ordered. We do not accept COD orders
.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries in certain states throughout the U.S.  All prices exclude
sales/use taxes.

Custom Products:
We can help with special orders, custom items and hard-to-find products, whether or not they are listed. Please
call or e-mail us.  Custom Orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Inaccurate Information and Omissions: Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on the
Magnacoach/Specialty Products website. However, this site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or
omissions, some of which may relate to product pricing, description and availability. We reserve the right to
correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior
notice - including after an order has been submitted. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or
misunderstanding this may cause
.
Pricing:
All prices, specifications, warranties and product availability are subject to change without notice. We are
constantly negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers to provide the lowest possible prices to our customers.
Because our prices fluctuate, we are unable to honor price adjustments on prior sales.
Warranty: All merchandise sold by Magnacoach/Specialty Products is covered by manufacturer warranty. If you
experience a problem once the product has been installed or used, it becomes a warranty issue where the
manufacturer must be contacted directly to resolve the problem.

Canceled Order:
To cancel an order, you must notify Magnacoach/Specialty Products customer service via email no later than
12:00 PM EST the next business day after the order was placed. After that time frame, any other unshipped,
canceled orders will be charged a $10.00 processing fee, billed against your credit card. If an order is canceled
after it has shipped, all shipping charges and a 20% handling fee will be billed against your credit card.
Non-Returnable: All items tagged non-returnable on the Magnacoach/Specialty Products site are considered final
sales.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery Time: Most in-stock merchandise is shipped promptly and delivered within 10 business days (except for
special orders).  Because shipments may originate from several locations nationwide, your entire order may not
arrive on the same day. Express delivery is only available on certain items, but we will make every effort to satisfy
your delivery requests.

Shipping Costs
Due to the size and weight variables of our products we will call or e-mail you for varification of shipping method
and cost.

Delivery Outside the 48 Contiguous States:
Call Magnacoach/Specialty Products for delivery cost information to Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories. All
applicable duties and taxes will be paid by the package recipient.

Order Status:
Allow up to 10 business days to receive your merchandise (custom orders may take longer). Because we ship
from a number of regional warehouses and at times, directly from manufacturers, we are unable to provide
tracking information. If you have placed an order and find that you have a time constraint, please contact us and
we will do our best to expedite your delivery (Additional expedited shipping charges may apply).

Merchandise Returns:
We will accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise (except for non-returnable,
clearance and special orders). All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in new condition; in the
original packaging; and include all parts, instructions and accessories. Opened packages may be subject to
additional fees if any items and/or documentation are missing. Credit will not be issued without prior authorization
for the return from Magnacoach/Specialty Products. Special order/custom items are not returnable.
Refused Shipment: Customers shall be charged all shipping charges and a 20% handling fee for all refused
shipments
.
Defective Merchandise:
Call the manufacturer directly if you think the merchandise you received is defective or does not work properly.
Most manufacturers view defective merchandise as a warranty claim and will usually repair or replace the
merchandise (policies may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer).

Damaged Merchandise in Transit:
You are responsible for verifying the condition of your merchandise upon receipt. Do a thorough inspection of
each box for signs of shipping/handling damage (such as being crushed, torn, unsealed, opened) before you
sign to accept delivery. Also make sure the correct number of cartons have been delivered
.
Claims for Damage:
Claims vary with UPS, FedEx (or similar ground service), and truck freight (LTL Carrier). To protect yourself,
keep the shipping cartons until your claim has been acknowledged and settled by the shipper. Also keep a
detailed list of the damage and other documentation for your own files. If you accept damaged merchandise and
later file a claim, the shipper has the right to inspect the merchandise and original shipping cartons before
processing your claim.

For UPS (or equivalent):
If the package is obviously damaged, you can refuse delivery. Report any damage found after opening the
boxes to Magnacoach/Specialty Products within two (2) business days.

For LTL Carriers (Truck Freight):
Any damage to delivered package(s) must be noted when you sign the freight bill "at time of delivery." If damage
to the merchandise is severe, you can refuse delivery. Otherwise, LTL carriers reserve the right to repair or
replace freight damaged items at no charge to the recipient (but only if the damage is noted at time of delivery).
All claims for damage or loss must be filed with the LTL carrier since the claims are paid directly to you, the
consignee. Contact the LTL carrier terminal to receive instructions on inspection and filing your claim.
Magnacoach/Specialty Products will not become involved unless you experience difficulty and need help filing
your claim.
If you discover broken items after opening packages that had no visible or obvious damage at delivery, call the
LTL carrier within two (2) business days of receipt for instructions in placing a "Concealed Damage Claim."
Typically, an LTL carrier will not give 100% replacement value for a concealed damage claim and
Magnacoach/Specialty Products will not assume the difference.
Privacy Policy

This policy covers how Magnacoach/Specialty Products treats personal information that Magnacoach/Specialty
Products collects and receives, including information related to your purchase and use of Magnacoach/Specialty
Products, products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your
name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Magnacoach/Specialty Products does not own or
control, or to people that Magnacoach/Specialty Products does not employ or manage.


Information, collection and use

General

Magnacoach/Specialty Products collects personal information when you purchase from Magnacoach/Specialty
Products. Magnacoach/Specialty Products may combine information about you that we have with information we
obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you purchase we ask for information such as your name, address, postal/zip code, telephone number(s) and
email address and if you use a credit card we collect your account and verification number and credit card expiry
date. Once you purchase from Magnacoach/Specialty Products you are not anonymous to us.

Magnacoach/Specialty Products collects information about your transactions with us including information about your
purchase of products and services that we offer.

Magnacoach/Specialty Products uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and
content you see, to fulfill your requests for additional products and services, to improve our services, to contact you,
to conduct research, and to provide anonymous reporting for internal and external purposes.

Protecting Children is a Priority
We're fully committed to protecting children who access our Web site. We don't knowingly collect any information from
children.

Magnacoach/Specialty Products maintains strict privacy of all personal information.

We do maintain records of our customers for marketing purposes.

We NEVER provide personal information to third parties without your permission.

We do not share or sell our mailing lists.

We will keep you informed of new RV related products and services that may be of interest to you.

By providing us with your name, address, telephone number(s) and email address you agree to allow that information
to be added to our marketing database.

We will remove your name from those lists promptly, upon request.

All credit card documents are retained as required by the financial institutions for a minimum of one year, and are only
retained if required by government regulation for business tax purposes.
